1. What we collect
What you type into the order form and the checkout: name, phone number, email, and for company orders the company details. Anything you choose to add to the brief, including files you attach. Technical data from web analytics cookies.
2. What we use it for
Taking and fulfilling your order, contacting you about it, issuing payment documents, and site statistics. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Who else sees it
Payment data is handled by the payment provider, not by us: we never see full card numbers. Site statistics run on Yandex Metrica. Specialists brought onto your order see only what they need to do the work.
4. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@cha-meleon.com. A postal address for formal correspondence is provided on request to the same address.
