Summary of the Russian consent form, revision of 26 July 2026
Consent to personal data processing — summary
This page is a plain-language summary, not the contract itself. The legally binding version is the Russian text, and it is the one that applies in full. Where this summary and the Russian text differ, the Russian text prevails.
When you tick the consent box in the order form, you are giving the consent whose full Russian text is published at https://cha-meleon.com/consent. This page explains what that consent covers.

1. What the consent covers
The contact details you enter yourself: name, phone number, email, and for company orders the company details, plus whatever you put in the brief.
2. What it is for
Contacting you about your order and fulfilling it. Not for newsletters you did not ask for.
3. How long it lasts and how to withdraw it
The consent runs until you withdraw it. To withdraw it, email privacy@cha-meleon.com. Data that we are required by law to keep, such as accounting records for a completed order, is retained for the period the law sets, and withdrawing consent does not shorten it.
4. What is processed without consent
Some processing does not rest on consent at all: performing the contract you entered into, and duties imposed on us by law. Withdrawing consent does not stop those.
