Terms of service — summary
This page is a plain-language summary, not the contract itself. The legally binding version is the Russian text, and it is the one that applies in full. Where this summary and the Russian text differ, the Russian text prevails.
The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Mironenko Anna Sergeevna (Russia, Krasnodar Region), trading as Blind Chameleon. Placing an order through the calculator means accepting the Russian public offer.

1. What you are buying
Production of a short video using generative AI together with the creative work of our team: script, prompts, take selection, editing, colour and sound. Available running times are 15, 30, 45 and 60 seconds. The base price includes background music and one aspect ratio of your choice (9:16, 1:1 or 16:9).
Revisions are a paid option and are not part of the base price. Fixing technical defects is always free, whether or not you bought a revision round.
2. Payment
Prices on the English pages are shown in US dollars for guidance, converted at a fixed internal rate. The invoice is issued in Russian roubles, and the rouble amount is the contractual one. Foreign cards are not accepted through the online checkout: a manager arranges payment with you directly.
3. When work starts, and how long it takes
Work does not begin at the moment of payment. It begins once the brief is agreed with you, so you can see what you are getting before production starts. The standard turnaround is 3 working days or more, counted from that agreement. Rush assembly is available for an extra fee.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time by emailing us.
- If you cancel before the brief is agreed, or the brief is never agreed, 100% of the amount paid is returned.
- If you cancel after work has started: clips already finished are paid for at their price, clips still in production are charged only at our actual documented costs, and the rest is returned. Actual costs mean generations bought for your order in third-party AI services, and the fees of specialists who worked on it. Our general subscriptions are not charged to you.
5. Rights to the video
- The exclusive right to the finished video passes to you once two things have both happened: the order is paid in full and the result is accepted. Until then the video may not be used.
- The right passes in full, to the extent it arose and belongs to us given our team’s creative contribution. For elements produced by generative systems that are not protected by copyright, we grant you unrestricted use and undertake not to reuse the result for other clients.
- Generative models can produce similar output for different users. If a third party independently ends up with something similar, that is neither an infringement of your rights nor a breach on our side.
- Our styling, techniques, methods, prompts, templates and pipelines do not pass to you, including those created while working on your order. We remain free to use that experience for other clients.
